The stone walled Dining Room in this historical landmark features an open-hearth fireplace and a 45 seat Solarium overlooking the MacLaren Falls. Enjoy fine dining showcasing French and Quebecois cuisine in a wonderfully exquisite ambiance. The wine selection focuses on hard-to-find wines from smaller vineyards throughout France. Choose from mouth watering sweets or the varied selection of cheeses. A country breakfast is served daily; Brunch on Sundays from 9am to 2pm. Dinner is served daily from 530pm. Decorated with historic pictures the Wakefield Mill Lounge is the perfect escape to enjoy a pre-dinner drink with live Jazz piano on Friday and Saturday evenings.
